As a practicing Reiki Master, Melissa knows that healing is only one step towards transformation. With Spiritual Direction and Companionship, Melissa draws from her own daily practice of study, contemplation, meditation, and prayer, and offers an intimate and lived familiarity with Caroline Myss’s extensive spiritual teachings and the mystical teachings and traditions of mystics, ancient and modern, from many of the world’s wisdom traditions. Melissa becomes your companion in your journey into the richness and power of your own soul. This work is centered in holy listening, abiding presence, and sacred inquiry.
Melissa was raised within the Christian Protestant tradition and, even as a teenager, was drawn to explore the basic tenants of other faiths as well. She has always been struck, not by the differences, but by the common truth that abides at the core of different traditions, especially within the mystical tradition of many of the world’s religious faiths. And, indeed, she is a lifelong student of the mystical, the lived experience of the Divine, and brings that knowledge and familiarity into her work. She is a student of A Course in Miracles and other non-dualistic sacred texts and continues to enjoy an eclectic appreciation of how the holiness and grace manifests within us and in all.
In sessions, Melissa offers a generous, loving space for exploration, guidance, depth, and connection. She works with you to create a field of grace where you can know yourself more fully, open to deeper experiences with the Spirit, share your insights and awakenings, hear and follow your own guidance, and connect to yourself and your Self. In short, she holds sacred space and loving attention as you dance with the Divine.

People from any and all faith traditions are welcomed, as are those who are seeking or following a path not attached to any formal tradition. All varieties of persons, however you may identify (or not identify), are also welcome.
Sessions available by phone, Zoom or in person in the Chamblee/Atlanta area and the Hayesville, NC area. $100 per hour. Sliding scale considered when needed. Session length can be tailored to best fit your needs. Free 20-minute introductory session.
